We specialize in producing complete sets of fully automatic birthday candle making machine.
They are innovative and very productive. They can be used to produce plain type or candy striped two tone birthday candles
from the sizes of 2mm to 9mm diameter and from 50mm to 200mm length. The output is up to 180pcs./min.
The production line include the following parts:
1. Birthday candle shaping machine
Power: 0.3-0.5kw
Application: milling the wax rod into birthday candle
Milling the spiral groove on the wax rod and cut the candle into certain length
chamfering the wax rod/candle head automatically
Candle length is adjustable with DLC motor
2. Wax rod forming machine
The wax rod forming machine is used to make candle through pulling the wick
in the liquid wax tank repeatedly until the candle up to the required diameter.
The liquid wax tank is doublewall wax electric heater, it can keep the wax at
stable temperature. The power is 1.5kw.
3. Cooling water tank, two sets.
The tank is used to cool the wax rod until the wax become stiff, then feed the
rod into the birthday candle shaping machine
4. Titanium pigment tank
The titanium pigment tank is used to coat the titanium pigment on the birthday candle.
Power supply: 220V,50HZ.
