---Installment and Adjustment
Each Candle machine shall has been installed and adjusted before the transportation from our factory, and it is also tested by press water and has no water leakage. Normally the candle factory needs not to adjust the machine. The machines need to be poured liquid wax to check up for 3 times in the assembly shop before delivery. After the above examination, the machines are allowed to sell to clients. The machine can not only be fixed on the normal ground, but also can be put on horizontal plane without any fixing. The machine must be placed in a horizontal position, otherwise candles shall become defective goods, because the body of the machine being tilted, water tank unbalanced, cooling uniform to bodies of the candles. When mould pipes and every part of the machine are cleaned by brush and cloth, spread lubricating oil on them, then connect circulation water pipe and put lampwick into the mould pipes, candles will be produced.
Do not pour liquid wax into the mould when the crossbar is suspended. If you do not do the above, lot of liquid wax will leak out.

There are not any limit on water sources to produce candles, normal water: underground water and well water can all be used to cool candles. The best cooling way is normal water which can save power sources and have a good working condition. You can also control the flow in the tube, and keep a proper temperature, best temperature is 15-25 Degree. So the user can spend less time to make more high quality candles.
The lower tube is cooling water passageway. Before production, tank should be full of water, as soon as water flows from the higher tube, you can pour liquid wax into the moulds. Otherwise, lots of troubles will appear, such as hard to take moulds, hard to operate, bad surface candles, and so on, the heavies thing is some moulds popes will leave their original position.
---Technological requirements for melting wax and simple examples introduction:
There are many kind of technology for melting wax in different plant. We think the best way to use electrical melter, it is easy to control and clean. The best optimum melting point is from 100 degree to 120 degree.

---How to operate and maintain:
Before producing, machine should be operated by no any load. If no problem for moving up and down, then to clean and spread lubricating oil on the inner wall of moulds, after above please do the following step by step
1) to lean impurity on the table, to make corssabr in normal position
2) to lubricate each parts need to be lubricated,
3) To put the plate lampwick location into the correct position
4) To open the door of lampwick box
5) To place bobbins
6) Put lampwick into the mould by pusher, and then pull the lampwick into the hole of lampwick location plate with the same center with moulds.
7) To tie all threads on to one side of lampwick location plate.
8) After having done above all, pour cooling water into the water tank, as soon as water circulates in the tube, you can start to pour liquid wax.
---How to put lampwick
Move the crossbar up to the top location, stick steel wire form the mould top into it, and down out of the pusher and then hook the lampwick, lift it up out of the moulds
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to cool the candles. The liquid wax will be in the half sold after pouring 3 to 5 minutes, just tat this time, you can clean surface and cut down lampwick from the thread ball after 6-7 minutes , you can touch some candles to feel if there are many pieces candle left moulds you can turn handle to get candle out of moulds Using the lock device each of the candle will be located on to the locating plate.
---- Maintenance and Service
1. Every working days, all key parts should be lubricated on time, such as sleeve of shaft, gears, racks, and so on.
2. There are 2 nuts which contact with crossbar surface each side on pusher, change from 0.5mm to 1.0mm gap should he left after lighting, so that they have same center and easy to move moulds away.
